At Bloomr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Bloomr packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
